• All Non-trade vehicles must be parked in the stated designated area by 9 a.m. promptly. This ensures the overall safety and well-being of the public in the community.

• Vehicles cannot move within the trading area between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Following this schedule is important for keeping foot traffic smooth and reducing disruptions during busy shopping times. All vehicles, including delivery trucks, should plan their activities to prevent problems or penalties for breaking this rule.

• Motorbikes at to follow the same rules as stated for above vehicles .

• Guy ropes on gazebos and tents play a crucial role in ensuring stability and safety, particularly in various weather conditions. For optimal visibility, these ropes should be easy to see, allowing users to identify them quickly and avoid potential trip hazards.

• Any form of physical or verbal abuse is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. All issues should be referred to the EquiSouth team for resolution.

• All rubbish must be disposed of using the bins provided around the site.

• Qualified First Aid available onsite for minor injuries only. Any major incidents , sites must be left as found at the end of the event.

In the event of an emergency the meeting area for vendors , public and any stock on the grounds will be at the furthest point from the cause - please keep all entry and exits to the grounds clear for emergency services.
